Ephesians 3:2

THE OUTWARD LIFE OF A STEWARD
Managing Relationships

If indeed you have heard of the stewardship of God’s grace which was given to me for you.

One of the most important areas of whole life stewardship is managing the relationships God entrusts to you. Paul highlights his relational stewardship when he tell his Ephesian brothers and sisters in 3:2, If indeed you have heard of the stewardship of God’s grace which was given to me for you (NASB1995). Most are not aware that the New Testament gives us over 30 different “one another” commands in how we are to manage our relationships — everything from “love one another” to “forgive one another” to “serve one another” to “be patient with one another” and on and on. There is likely little of our stewardship responsibilities that can be more important than how we manage our human relationships. How are you doing with carrying out the “one another” commands in your relationships? Think about it.
