Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 2:15, Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth (ESV). There is an indisputable connection between the amount of time believers spend in the Word of God and their success in following Jesus. Biblical illiteracy among Christians is at an all-time high. As Biblical illiteracy increases, Godly impact in our nation and in our churches continues to diminish. We need a revival in America, and it will begin when Christians get back into the Word of God on a daily basis. Think about it.
