Spending Your Time
And in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.
Do you know your days are numbered? David says in Psalm 139:16, And in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them (NASB). Before you were even conceived, the Lord had recorded the number of days in your “time account.” Because of this, we ought to be very careful how we spend our time. Once we spend a day, it is spent. Never again to be used. How are you spending the limited number of days God has entrusted to you? Are you spending your time for a purpose worthy of Him? Have you been a good and faithful steward of what has been deposited into your time account? Remember, with each day that passes, you have one less day. Think about it.
